My name is Artem, born Spiridonov, but during a flight training in Finland, due to the Finns' difficulty pronouncing my surname, I was nicknamed Spiro. It stuck. Later, developing projects in the field of human health and well-being, I learned the meaning of the word [spiro from Latin "to breathe / to be alive"].
Today, as an impact entrepreneur, instead of a life story, I decided to share succinctly the achievements of my activity. And by achievements, I mean not just success but also mistakes, understanding the reasons for which can lead to significant growth.
At 18, I successfully passed the selection for a unique international program and went to undergo flight training in Finland. At 18, I received a European private pilot license (EASA PPL).
At 20, I founded my first business - the V1shop store - the exclusive official representative in Russia and the CIS of aviation paraphernalia brands Boeing, Airbus, Design4Pilots, and a number of jewelry brands from England.
At 21, I received a commercial pilot license (ICAO CPL), graduated from the University with honors, entered graduate school, and later successfully graduated. I was chosen among 500 people for the position of a pilot in the Transaero airline, becoming one of the youngest Boeing 737 pilots in Russia and a brand ambassador for the airline, participating in mass events, media, and publications.
Motivation: interest in scientific activity, implementation of international innovations in Russia.
At 23, I obtained an airline transport pilot license (ICAO ATPL) with a total flight time of 1500 hours on Boeing 737NG. I successfully passed the selection and was invited to join the Flydubai airline in Dubai (UAE), becoming the youngest senior first officer in the company with one of the highest salaries for the position in the world.
Motivation: after the closure of Transaero, I decided not to be content with the options offered in Russia but to confirm my level of professionalism in the best airlines in the world.
At 25, having a great love for food as a hobby, I enrolled in the PlantLab high plant-based cuisine academy (Los Angeles), where I successfully graduated in fields such as nutrition, Tibetan medicine, Chinese medicine, Ayurveda, superfoods, and sports nutrition.
At 26, I founded the TFT Aero Dubai project - a high-tech engineering company in the field of aerospace technologies, developing, manufacturing, and operating high-tech engineering solutions in the aerospace industry for educational and inspiring purposes worldwide with headquarters in Dubai.
At 26, I co-founded the Inside Travel project - a concierge travel service to picturesque places on the planet.
At 26, I founded the SpiroCooking project spirocooking.ru - an educational project aimed at improving the quality and extending life through tuning all vital functions and processes of the body (biohacking) with a focus on plant-based nutrition. The educational courses of the project were completed by more than 30,000 people. The project pivoted into Inspiro.
At 27, I co-founded the Impulse Elixirs project - elixirs from superfoods for energy, beauty, health. impulse.health
At 28, I founded the Spiro Health project in the USA spiro.health - a digital personalized platform for holistic health and longevity, valued at $5M. Later, I closed the company in the USA and made a pivot into web3 (SpiroVerse project).
At 28, I opened the doors of the first flight center, TFT Aero, in Dubai with 2 full-flight Boeing 737 simulators dubai.tft.aero, used for educational purposes (pilot training, pilot school program for children, aerophobia treatment courses, corporate events, etc.) with a project capitalization of $13.4M.
It's worth noting that the opening occurred a week before the start of the global pandemic. This has been the most expensive experience in business.
At 28, I was invited to join the board of directors of the European organization Sophia.Academy to work with leaders (C-level management) of global corporations on health, well-being, and culture.
At 29, having a total flight time of 4500 hours on Boeing 737, I was awarded for outstanding results and contribution to the development of Flydubai.
At 29, I decided to end my flying activity with the airline and went to Mexico to work and learn deep consciousness development tools.
At 29, I founded the "Deamtea" - a unique space dedicated to journeys into deep self-knowledge, spiritual awakening, and harmony with the surrounding world.
At 29, I launched the mentoring program "100 days."
Motivation: Due to the request, I share my knowledge and experience on health, nutrition, impact entrepreneurship, brand creation, community building, and "companies of the future."At 30, with a team of like-minded people, I founded the web3 project SpiroVerse (pivot of the Spiro Health project) - a blockchain platform with an ever-expanding ecosystem of interconnected applications dedicated to health, well-being, human consciousness development, and the planet.
At 30, I founded the project "Men's Tribe" - a global community of men striving for personal and collective growth, united by common values, a culture of self-improvement, and the ambition to create a harmonious future for themselves and the surrounding world.
At 31, I founded Inspiro Family (pivot of the SpiroCooking project) eatinspiro.com - an innovative company with the mission of transforming the culture of nutrition and promoting sustainable health.
The flagship restaurant Inspiro (opening in 2024) is the restaurant of the future, a culinary alchemical synthesis of intuition and science, ancient knowledge and cutting-edge technologies, creating a transformative multidimensional gastronomic experience in accordance with the principles of sustainable development.
This experience goes beyond plant-based nutrition, fostering society's involvement in maintaining and enhancing the well-being of our planet.
At 31, I married my beautiful and beloved life partner.
At 31, I founded "Tribe WMN" - an international community of New Era Women, united by the goal of personal and spiritual growth, strengthening family values, and active participation in social and cultural life.
Today, at 32, having accumulated enough experience and resources, I decided to realize my vision of building "organizations of the future" in the form of a venture studio.
